I had a very nice experience buying my 2014 Honda CR-V from this dealership. From the moment I arrived, Nick, Kenny, and Kenny's lovely wife, Jill, treated me like family. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process comfortable and stress-free.Since it was late in the day and the banks were already closed, I gave them part of the payment and drove my car home. The next day I came back after getting my insurance and the remainder of purchase, and we finished everything up. They made the process easy and trustworthy.That evening, after I got the car home, I noticed it was missing a lug stud. I contacted Kenny, and he immediately gave me the number for the mechanic he uses on all of his vehicles. The mechanic was booked for about a week, which indicates they have a good reputation within the community, but they had me bring the vehicle in early Monday morning and took care of the repair without any problems.I really appreciate how they stood behind the vehicle sale and made sure the car I was bringing home is in tip top shape. Buying a used car can be stressful, but they treated me honestly and with respect from beginning to end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle and great customer service.
